All covered entities under the HIPAA rule,  must train all employees, agents, volunteers, trainees and contractors on its privacy  policy as it relates to the HIPAA Privacy rule, as well as how to protect information through security awareness training. These employees must also be given regular security updates/reminders, such as the Inspired eLearning security awareness eNewsletter.  MBM's Inspired HIPAA Training and Awareness meets and exceeds these requirements, as laid out in sections 142.308(12) and 164.530(b) regarding:  Training on vulnerabilities of digital health information and how to protect that information; Password Maintenance;  Incident Reporting;  Viruses;  Malicious Code; and Privacy Policy
